I really like the intentional framework that Jasper uses to build engagement in their community. ((See attachment)) While I can pin a Welcome post to the top of my Community what I would love to have is a calendar showing upcoming opportunities like the “Getting Started” event and upcoming workshops that I can attend. I note that the Getting started event takes place almost daily and especially as we launch I would like to be able to do something like this for our users.

It sounds like you are asking for events. Have you tried to create an event in your community? Events will show up in a listing like they do for Jasper in your image.
